During the summertime at Big Sandy Reservoir temperatures are commonly in the 70's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Big Sandy Reservoir are in the 30's. This place, the Central Cascade Range, has so much       outdoors cool things. Not far from Big Sandy Reservoir, you'll come across Bull Run Reservoir Number Two which is a pretty lake; get drenched paddling on Little Sandy River. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Big Sandy Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Bigfoot Lodge and Trailer Court. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are delightful; Alder Reservoir is a lake that's close to Big Sandy Reservoir. Big Sandy Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. Big Sandy Dam is not far at all from Big Sandy Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Sandy River. Just can't get enough of Big Sandy Reservoir.
