For the duration of the months of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Big Cliff Reservoir, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. While you're here at Big Cliff Reservoir you can take a hike along the Rocky Top Trail, and Rock Bridge is an attention-grabbing place to stop by while at Big Cliff Reservoir. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Big Cliff Reservoir. If you need a spot to stay Lakeside Motel is a glorious choice, and some nearby water includes Gun Creek. And if that's not                  enough there's lots more enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Santiam River - North, and the view of Rocky Top is scenic. Big Cliff Reservoir gets a large amount of water; most of the rain falls through December; the driest of the months is July. On a great day at Big Cliff Reservoir you can take a hike along the Volcano Trail, and not far from Big Cliff Reservoir you obtain some great water scenery at Big Cliff Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Elkhorn Creek; close by Arrowhead Saddle is a brilliant location to go. Big Cliff Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.
