This lake is so wonderful. A beautiful lake like O'Henry Reservoir near Beaver Reservoir is a glorious spot to pop by, and hey, Tamarack Creek is a perfect local stream. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Blue Mountains. Take a hike on the Utley Creek Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Pine Tree Campground is a tremendous site to camp; Delintment Lake is a nice lake nearby. But wait, there's more fun       things to do in the Blue Mountains. Camping is available at Buck Spring Campground; on a delightful day you get a delightful panorama of Little Mowich Mountain from Beaver Reservoir. High temperatures at Beaver Reservoir during the days of summer are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Beaver Reservoir. Having a nice time at Beaver Reservoir                  is easy. While you're here at Beaver Reservoir you can take a hike along the Dry Cabin Creek Trail; if time allows, John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a national park worth taking a look at. Put some time aside to spend at Fine Spring if you're here at Beaver Reservoir, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the South Prong Trail. The Blue Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
