This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Santiam River - Middle is a great whitewater spot near Beaver Lakes, and Tombstone Prairie Campground is a glorious campground nearby. The high level of rainfall makes Beaver Lakes a relatively wet place; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is July. This location, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. In case you don’t have a problem

| | getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Blue River, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Swamp Peak Trail. So much cool stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park is a splendid local campground, and Lodge at Suttle Lake is a fine site to get some rest. Lakes and is always a joy to take a look at. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not check out Donaca Lake near Beaver Lakes, and Hoodoo is a very popular ski area around here. This lake is one of the great places here in the
Central Cascade Range. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Beaver Lakes. A pretty lake like Dry Lake in the vicinity of Beaver Lakes is a good location to stop by, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike
along the Pyramid Trail. For the period of the summer highs here at Beaver Lakes get into the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Beaver Lakes.
