This lake is so wonderful. You must definitely explore Camelback Bluff while you're here at Battle Lake, and Best Western Inn & Suites is a great place to get some rest. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Garibaldi is a great place to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Battle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Tillamook Koa Kampground. The Coast       Ranges scenery is always beautiful. So much cool stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too wonderful to be true. Get your pulse rate up on the glorious whitewater of Nestucca River, and you can stay the night at Pleasant Valley RV Park. There's some flowing water close by, Bays Creek is a stream you can take a look at during your stay. Battle Lake is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of precipitation; through December this area sees the most rain,                  and July on the other hand is the driest.
