    Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Blue Mountains. You could also go to Kelsey Reservoir while you're here at Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir; it's nearby, and do put some time aside to spend at Seven Sixty Spring if you're here at Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff close to Battle Creek Mountain  
   Reservoir. Take a hike on the Coffeepot Trail; Fish House Inn is a wonderful local campground.
Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir is not the only site nearby, Seven Sixty Reservoir is a nearby lake, and Payten Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at. Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the South Prong Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Pine Tree
 
               Campground is a nice place to camp.
This lake is so wonderful. Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir is right by the Black Canyon Trail, and Best Western John Day Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest. Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir is a location that is relatively waterless frequently; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest month of the year is September. So much amusing stuff to do in the Blue Mountains, not sufficient time. On a gorgeous day you acquire a sight of Battle Creek Mountain from Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir; the vistas at John Day Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind.
Summer at Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Battle Creek Mountain Reservoir nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 10's.
