Bassett Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is one of the great places here in the Southern Cascade Range. Bassett Reservoir is a wet site that gets a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and July is when it's the driest. Get drenched paddling on Rogue River - North Fork; hiking along the North and South Trail is magnificent fun.
