Beautiful Barton Reservoir has much to offer visitors. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Barton Reservoir; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. The Tison Trail is a fine hiking trail next to Barton Reservoir, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mt. Ashland. That right there is a heap of amusing things already but it goes on, the Southern Cascade

This lake is so wonderful. Eagle Point is beautiful and can be distinguished from Barton Reservoir, and swing by Nichols Branch it's a great location to go to.
