Get yourself into a kayak and hit McKenzie River - South Fork, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Willamette Pass while you're here. So many entertaining things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time. Get wet paddling on Horse Creek, and camping is available at Upper Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is one of those things       you just have to do; one of the major marks of the surroundings of Barbie Lakes is Pillar Peak. Barbie Lakes is right by the Twin Peaks Trail, and a delightful spot to camp here at Barbie Lakes is East Lake Resort and RV Parks. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Snowshoe Lake Trail. Just can't get enough of Barbie Lakes. The Winopee Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, unsurprisingly you could also                  go to Blaze Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. Summertime highs at Barbie Lakes typically tend to be in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Barbie Lakes are in the 20's.
