can get bored here in the Coast Ranges. Baldface Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Pines Cafe and RV is a good local campground; the Upper Chetco Trail offers hiking at its best.
In case you don’t mind getting
wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Smith River - North Fork, and there's great hiking along the Chetco Divide Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Baldface Lake a wet location; the wettest month of the year
is commonly December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is July. Baldface Lake is located in the Coast Ranges.
