On a wonderful day at Balance Lake you can take a hike along the Ragged Rocks Trail, and why not take a look at nearby Balance Creek while you're here at Balance Lake. For the duration of the months of summer at Balance Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime

a beautiful lake in the Blue Mountains.
Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Blue Mountains rocks! Going for a hike on the Indian Rock Trail is always a great adventure, obviously you could also go to Mud Lake while
you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western John Day Inn is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. There is a delightful hiking trail near Balance Lake called the Big
Boulder Trail, and a tour to Balance Spring will fill your spirit with good feelings.
At Balance Lake you don’t see much rainfall; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here; July meanwhile is the driest month.
