If you are in Hood River county it's always a good idea to stop by Badger Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Cooper Spur is a glorious local ski area, and there's brilliant hiking along the Little Boulder Way Trail. If you need a location to stay Inn at Cooper Spur is a tremendous choice, and some close by water includes Mine Creek. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. | | of rain makes Badger Lake a quite wet location; during the month of December you get the most rain around here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes are such calm spots, why not take a look at Jean Lake near Badger Lake, and Jack Springs is an inspiring place to take a look at while you're here. and a pleasant trip to Crane Prairie is a nice way to spend an afternoon. During the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Badger Lake with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's
with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Badger Lake. This site, the Central Cascade Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Badger Lake has to offer, you can camp at
Clinger Campground, and if you're visiting from Hood River, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows are so inviting noone can resist; a perfect place nearby is Gumjuwac Saddle. You
definitely ought to go for Badger Lake. The peak of Badger Butte can be seen from Badger Lake, and Timberline Lodge is a great spot to get some rest. So many entertaining things to do in the Central Cascade Range, not enough time.
Badger Lake Dam is charming and it's close to Badger Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Boulder Lake Trail. Badger Lake is a delightful spot to camp, Nottingham Campground is a delightful spot, and get covered with water paddling on White River. Badger Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Cascade Range.
