So many fun things to do at Aqua Fria Reservoir, so little time. Aqua Fria Reservoir is not far at all from Grants Pass; paddling on Grave Creek is so much fun. Aqua Fria Reservoir gets a common amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls during December while July is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Grants Pass Travelodge is a delightful       location to get some rest; Red Mountain Golf Course is a great golf course close by. The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. All year is a good time in the Klamath Mountains if you love the outdoors. There's wonderful hiking along the Grayback Trail; magnificent hiking is available along the Coffee Pot Trail. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Aqua Fria Reservoir with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures                  during the winter are normally in the 40's while Aqua Fria Reservoir overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Aqua Fria Reservoir; Kerby Peak Trail is a good local trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Aqua Fria Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Bend O' The River. Getting to Carter Creek from Aqua Fria Reservoir is painless; a glorious nearby hotel is Riverside Inn Resort. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too glorious to be true. Drift down the rapids of Illinois River in a kayak.
