    It's always fun to stop by Anthony Lake. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Anthony Lake is peerless! A short trip to The Lakes Lookout Spring is always worthwhile; you can go for a hike on the Beatty Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Grande Ronde River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and you could always discover Cunningham Saddle. There's so much to do here at Anthony Lake that you need to camp here for a while,  
   North Fork Anthony Campground is a pleasant spot for that, and not far from Anthony Lake you'll come across Anthony Lakes which is a pretty lake.
So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains, too nice to be true. Angell Peak is clearly visible from Anthony Lake, and there are pleasant sites to explore along the Park Saddle Trail. Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do in the Blue Mountains. If you came to camp Rocky Ford Campground
 
               is a delightful place to do that; after a long day outdoors La Grande Travelodge is a splendid place to spend a night or two. At Anthony Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Anthony Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. There are other spots here than Anthony Lake, for example Mud Lake, and going for a hike on the Boulevard Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Angell Basin is a brilliant site; let's not forget Parker Creek which is a stream that you may run into during your stay.
Around Anthony Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow; July is when it's the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Blue Mountains.
