    Do stop by Amber Reservoir while you're in this part of Oregon. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Lonesome Spring Campground is a great place to camp, and Dozer Spring is always fun to check out. Around Amber Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Camping is available at Twin Springs Campground, and there are  
   plenty of folks from Prineville here.
Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Blue Mountains. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a wonderful view of Roba Butte from Amber Reservoir, and a delightful lake like Bentonite Reservoir is a perfect site to visit. Summertime highs at Amber Reservoir generally tend to be in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. All through the winter highs are regularly in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Amber Reservoir.
