Alsea Log Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. At Alsea Log Pond during the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Alsea Log Pond. The Coast Ranges scenery is always beautiful. Near Alsea Log Pond you hit upon the South Fork Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail,

| | and Mount Obette is striking and can be observed from here. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Western Star Mobile Estates, and Umpqua River - South is a good whitewater spot nearby. Having a nice time at Alsea Log Pond is uncomplicated. Lakes are great; Dillard Log Pond is a lake that's near Alsea Log Pond, and camping at Umpqua Safari Camp Ground and RV is always a tremendous experience. stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. This is a popular place for folks from Roseburg, and since you're here, you could visit East Willis Creek. All the water falling down from the sky makes Alsea Log Pond a wet site; the month of December
is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Holiday Inn Express Roseburg, Or is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and you don’t have to go far from Alsea Log Pond to spot the water at Pacific
Plywood Dam. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Coast Ranges. If you're here, you might as well stop at Rainbow Hollow, and going for a hike on the Grayback Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Round Prairie is a good spot, and dry warm beds await you at Roseburg Travelodge.
