Alder Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability into lakes, Big Sandy Reservoir is one of those close by, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Eagle Creek Cutoff. Take a hike on the Old Baldy Trail, and do put some time aside to spend at Brownell Spring while you're here at Alder Reservoir. Looking for some flowing water? Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Sandy River, and a great nearby hotel is Resort at the Mountain. Plaza Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Windell's Snowboard Camp is a delightful site to do that, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Sandy Inn is a nice choice. Alder Reservoir is a beautiful lake
in the Central Cascade Range. The high level of rain makes Alder Reservoir a relatively wet place; the month with most of the rain is December while July is regularly the driest month. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Central
Cascade Range will keep you coming back persistently. There's so much to do here at Alder Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Bigfoot Lodge and Trailer Court is a glorious site for that, and Marmot Diversion Dam is stunning.
