Go to Ackerley Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Holiday Inn Express Florence, Or is a delightful place to get some rest, and enjoy a round of golf at Ocean Dunes Golf Links. Ackerley Lake really is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Ackerley Lake is not the only spot nearby, Collard Lake is a nearby lake, and after a long day outdoors Economy Inn - Florence is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Coast Ranges. Ackerley Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Rhododendron Trailer Park is a splendid local campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Threemile Lake Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Ackerley Creek is a stream you can stop by while here, and if you get bored of Ackerley Lake you could also pop by nearby Clear Lake. stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Don't forget to go to Dowells Peninsula if you're here at Ackerley Lake; since you're here, you might as well have a look at North Fork Shoal.
This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Siuslaw
River. Through the warmest time of the year here at Ackerley Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 60's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's
overnight here at Ackerley Lake. Ackerley Lake regularly gets much rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is July.
This lake is so wonderful.
Hit the beach if you want, Baker Beach is practically right here, and camping at US Forestry Department is always a perfect experience.
