This lake is located in the wonderful Central Cascade Range. During the summertime here at Abiqua Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's; the overnight is a tad cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Abiqua Lake. Camp Dakota is a good campground nearby, and Abiqua Lake is right       by the Crabtree Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene spots, why not pop by Pelkey Lake in the vicinity of Abiqua Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Pine Crest Trail. A delightful close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Sublimity, and Abiqua Lake is a glorious spot to visit for more than one day, Taylor Park is a glorious spot to camp nearby. Just can't get enough of Abiqua Lake. A beautiful lake like Corbia Lake close to Abiqua Lake                  is a glorious site to visit, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Kirk Creek. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Central Cascade Range. The top of Buck Point is easily observed from Abiqua Lake, and enjoy a round of golf at Elkhorn Valley Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Abiqua Basin is a glorious spot to stretch your legs a bit. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Central Cascade Range. Santiam River - Little North is a great whitewater spot next to Abiqua Lake, and do take a hike on the Snow Peak Mill City Trail.
