Go to Abbot Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Brallier Swamp is right nearby, and almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Potato Lake is just a very short distance away. High temperatures at Abbot Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 60's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; night lows in the 30's for Abbot Lake.

a night or two, and camping at Fort Stevens State Park is always a glorious experience. A pleasant spot to camp here at Abbot Lake is K O A Kampgrounds, and a pleasant visit to Hammond Boat Basin is a great way to spend an afternoon.
This lake is so wonderful. You should beyond doubt visit beautiful Sunset Beach while you're here at Abbot Lake; of course, all our national parks are pleasant places to take a look at and Fort Clatsop National Memorial is no exception.
The high level of rainfall makes Abbot Lake a reasonably wet location; all through the month of December you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Abbot Lake is one of the
lakes here in the Coast Ranges. All the outdoors exciting things in the Coast Ranges will keep you coming back persistently. There are brilliant spots to look at along the Cannon Beach Trail, and you're probably interested in lakes, Beaver Lake is one of those nearby.

Driftwood RV Park
 | 11 miles away ...f the Columbia river. The Park is 2. 2 acres with 56 sites on it. All sites are grass, tables at each site, full hook-up with cable and Wi-Fi available. We are 2. 5 blocks from the beach and 14 blocks from downtown. We have showers, laundry, and a meeting hall available to groups. Our Park is perpendicular to the highway so most sites are well away from the road. There are hiking and bicycling trails, a national wildlife refuge, two beautiful light houses and much history dating back to Lewis and Clark's discovery in 1805. A great place to do exploring, fishing, hiking, and just being able to set on the beach and enjoy nature.
