Do stop by Abbot Lake while you're in this part of Oregon. Abbot Lake is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Cannon Beach Trail. This lake is so wonderful. On a beautiful day you can pop by Sunset Beach right next door to Abbot Lake, and if you need a place to stay Red Lion Inn Astoria is a great choice.

Hammond Boat Basin is a great site to check out. There's so much to do here at Abbot Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside KOA is a brilliant location for that.
While you're here at Abbot Lake
you ought to check out Point Adams. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Abbot Lake has to offer, you can camp at Fort Stevens State Park. Abbot Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with a lot of rain; the month with
most of the rain is December, and the driest month is July. Summer at Abbot Lake comes with high temperatures in the 60's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place
