Very great water scenery is available at Sauvie Island Dam right next door to Aarons Lake; a great site to camp here at Aarons Lake is Sauvie Cove Store and RV Park. Aarons Lake typically gets a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and July is when it's the driest. Summertime highs at Aarons Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The wintertime       brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Aarons Lake. Crane Slough is a swamp near Aarons Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Orcadia Hotel. This lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than Aarons Lake, for example Crane Lake, and a day at beautiful Lyons Beach near Aarons Lake is a great thing to do. This lake is so wonderful. A trip to Salene Lake rejuvenates the spirit, and taking a little tour to nearby Ammunition Point is a glorious idea. Get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Kalama River, and why not camp at Reeder Beach RV Park since you're here at Aarons Lake.
