    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Oklahoma you can check out Tucker Lake. Tucker Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is January. During the summertime months at Tucker Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight  
   here at Tucker Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rocky Creek, and Quality Inn Idabel is a wonderful place to get some rest.
This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Billy Bell Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Tucker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mountain Home RV Park. Having a magnificent time in the Ouachita Mountains is uncomplicated. After a long day
 
               outdoors Microtel Inn Idabel is a great location to spend a night or two, and if you come at the right time of year, Glover River offers some perfect whitewater. Tucker Lake is located in the Ouachita Mountains.
Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Tucker Lake is great! Hiking is a popular thing to do around Tucker Lake; West Signal Trail is a pleasant local trail. A quick journey to Wolf Creek near Tucker Lake is a wonderful idea; the Dead End Trail offers hiking at its best.
