Having a glorious time in the Ouachita Mountains is painless. Lots of people from Fort Smith come to Terrell Lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Ouachita Mountains has to offer. There are brilliant places to discover along the Billy Creek Trail; there's whitewater on Big Creek for all you thrill seekers. Summertime highs at Terrell Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 90's; the overnight       is rather cooler of course, generally in the 70's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 20's for Terrell Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Long Lake, and a great nearby hotel is Best Western Traders Inn. This site is peerless, just look at all the fun things to do close to Terrell Lake. Some nearby water includes McMurtrey Creek; if you came for an overnight stay Rockin' Horse RV Park is a glorious                  place to camp. A splendid sight of striking Terry Hill is available from Terrell Lake, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn is a brilliant choice. The Ouachita Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Big Cedar RV Park and Cabins is a delightful campground nearby, and Terrell Lake is not the only site close by, Beaver Lake is a close by lake.
