What a nice lake Tenkiller Lake is. This lake is one of the great places here in the Boston Mountains. All through the summer here at Tenkiller Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 70's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Tenkiller Lake. Tenkiller Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is June, and January on the other hand is the driest. offer, you can camp at Tenkiller Lakeside RV Center, and a great site to check out is Pine Hollow. This lake is so wonderful. Tenkiller Dam is gorgeous and it's in close proximity to Tenkiller Lake; the view of Linder Mountain
is beautiful. But wait, there's more to do next to Tenkiller Lake. There's some flowing water close by, Red Bird Smith Creek is a stream you can check out while here, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Tahlequah Inn is a
good choice. And if that's not sufficient there's lots more entertaining stuff to do in the Boston Mountains. This is a glorious region for people who like lakes. Tenkiller Ferry Lake is a lake close at hand; Beetle Bluff is an out of the ordinary place to explore while at Tenkiller Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
