Rumbough Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Rumbough Pond; the wettest month of the year is mostly May, that's the one that rains the most, and January is the month with the least moisture. Quality Inn Lawton is a glorious location to get some rest, and why not a little side spree to Ketch Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn and Suites Lawton, and Rumbough Pond

Summertime at Rumbough Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Rumbough Pond temperatures descend to the 20's. Do schedule some time to go to Heyls Hole near Rumbough Pond if you have a chance, and Andrews Hill is painless to spot from Rumbough Pond. So many enjoyable | |

lake is so wonderful. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Wichita Mountains. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Jimmy Creek; camping is available at Granite Pointe RV Park. This lake is one of the great
places here in the Wichita Mountains.
Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do in close proximity to Rumbough Pond. Geronimo Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and camping at Erwin Acres Mobile Home Park is always a wonderful experience.
