     You'll meet a lot of folks from Muskogee here, and Ross Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Hwy.69 North RV and Mobile Home Park is a splendid local campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Ross Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; nighttime lows through the winter for Ross Lake tend to be in the 20's. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value  
   Inn, and you'll find a scenic lake called Katy Lake. Man, is there plenty of amusing stuff to do near Ross Lake. After a long day outdoors 3 Rivers Inn is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two.
Pecan Valley Golf Course is a delightful golf course nearby; if you're here, you could also go to pretty Horseshoe Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Ross Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Greenleaf State Park is a perfect
 
               site for that, and Dry Branch is close to Ross Lake and is always a joy to stop at. A large amount of rain falls at Ross Lake; the month with most of the rain is June, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
