What a nice lake Rogers Pond is. If you want to stop at some interesting stuff, stop at Cedar Bluff, and some of the water nearby flows, like Double Spring Creek. From a rainfall point of view Rogers Pond is a reasonably typical place; June is when you get the most rain here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Rogers Pond Dam is an exciting thing to check out; you'll most likely meet some people from Tahlequah here. Be careful

Hollow; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Spring Creek. Not far from Rogers Pond, you'll come across Fort Gibson Lake which is a beautiful lake; camping is available at Whitehorn Cove Resort
and Marina. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Rogers Pond while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. Through the winter highs are mostly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Rogers Pond. A splendid close by hotel is 3 Rivers Inn, and here at Rogers Pond you can catch a glimpse of Bald Knob.
