If you are in this part of Oklahoma make sure to pay a visit to Quannett Pond. Quannett Pond is located in the Wichita Mountains. That right there is plenty of amusing things already but it goes on, the Wichita Mountains has it all. Quannett Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Dalston Mini Storage is a great local campground; of course Lime Creek flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. | | Pond is a close by lake, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Lawton is a great place to spend a night or two. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Jimmy Creek; you'll possibly meet some folks from Lawton here. Center is a tremendous choice. What a place this is for outdoors people. A lake nearby is Love Pond. Quannett Pond gets a typical amount of yearly rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is when
it's the driest. Through the summer months here at Quannett Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 90's while night lows are typically in the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Quannett Pond during the wintertime usually fall into the 20's.
