This lake is so wonderful. McNaught Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Boiling Springs State Park is a good local campground, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can check out McNaught Dam. This is a popular site for folks from Woodward. Through the warmest time of the       year here at McNaught Reservoir, high temperatures mostly reach the 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the 60's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 40's while McNaught Reservoir night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Northwest Inn is a nice spot to get some rest, and McNaught Reservoir is not the only site nearby, Richmond Reservoir is a nearby lake.
