Bobcat Gulch is a great spot to go to close to Lost Lake. It's a good idea to visit Bell Creek, it's near Lost Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Blue River. At Lost Lake during the summer highs are in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 70's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's, and during the dark hours in       the wintertime at Lost Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. Yeah, come here to Lost Lake for a pleasant time. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lost Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cumberland Cove Resort, and Tanglewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center a 3 Palms Hotel is a tremendous spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lost Lake you can distinguish Teller Mountain; drift down the rapids of Pennington Creek in a                  kayak. An average amount of rain falls at Lost Lake; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest of the months is January.
