An average amount of rain falls at Leeper Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; January is the month with the least moisture. If you need a site to stay Best Western Red River Inn & Suites is a great choice, and a lake nearby is Whittington Lake. Having a great time at Leeper Lake is easy. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Gainesville City Municipal Golf Course is close by, and camping at David's RV Trailer                  Park is always a great experience.
