Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Lake of the Arbuckles with night lows in the 70's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 50's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Lake of the Arbuckles. This lake is so wonderful. Guy Sandy Creek is near Lake of the Arbuckles and is always a diversion to pop by. There's so much to do here at Lake of the Arbuckles that you       need to camp here for a while, Arbuckle Rv Resort is a perfect place for that. Be careful coming to Lake of the Arbuckles, you might not ever want to return home again. If you haven’t been to Chickasaw National Recreation Area, you ought to schedule some time for it since you're here, and after a long day outdoors Microtel Inn and Suites Davis is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. Sulphur Super 8 Motel is a delightful spot to get some rest, and Sycamore                  Hollow is a great place to have a look at. There's great hiking along the Cliffside Trail, and Arbuckle Dam is a lovely spot, beyond doubt worth taking a look at. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Washita River, and Lake of the Arbuckles is great enough to spend more than a day at, Platt Trailer Park is a great local campground.
