Lake of The Arbuckles is right by the Cliffside Trail, and a fine place for whitewater paddling is Washita River. Looking for a pleasant tour? Chickasaw National Recreation Area is quite close to Lake of The Arbuckles; after a long day outdoors Sulphur Super 8 Motel is a great location to spend a night or two. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lake of The Arbuckles. When the night sets in temperatures drop       down into the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Lake of The Arbuckles. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up.
