If you came for an overnight stay Lake Shore RV and Recreation Park is a glorious site to camp; if you need a location to stay Best Western Locust Grove Inn Hotel & Suites is a fine choice. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Hudson;       the month with most of the rain is June, and January is the month with the least moisture. Lake Hudson is in close proximity to Robert S Kerr Dam which is a striking site absolutely worth going to; why not take a look at close by Chapel Branch since you're here at Lake Hudson. Summertime at Lake Hudson comes with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the                  40's, and nighttime lows at Lake Hudson through the wintertime regularly fall into the 20's.
