Platt Trailer Park is a delightful campground nearby, and at Lacy Lake you can spot Mount Airy. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Washita River. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lacy Lake; most of the rain falls throughout May, and the driest month of the year is January. A quick spree to Limestone Creek close to Lacy Lake is a nice idea; Beach Springs is always fun to check out.

Lacy Dam has great water scenery and it's right next door to Lacy Lake, and Lacy Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Eastside Trailer Park is a fine place to camp nearby. Chickasaw National Recreation Area is one of the destinations in the vicinity of Lacy Lake that are nice to go to, and the Cliffside Trail offers hiking at its best. Lacy Lake is a pleasant place to visit, and if you need a place to stay Candlewood Suites ARDMORE is a fine choice.
During the summer months at Lacy Lake temperatures are generally in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down
to the 70's. During the winter highs are frequently in the 50's with temperatures at Lacy Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Tull Crest Lake in close proximity to Lacy Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Sulphur.
