Go to Gramma Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Gramma Lake is one of the lakes here in the Wichita Mountains. An average amount of rain falls at Gramma Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. Antelope Flat is right here at Gramma Lake, and if you get bored of Gramma Lake you could also stop at nearby Comanche Lake.

All year is a splendid time in the Wichita Mountains if you love the outdoors. Lots of people from Lawton come to Gramma Lake. There's whitewater on Jimmy Creek for all you adrenaline
rush seekers, and Letra Campground and Picnic Area is a tremendous campground here. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Wichita Mountains, too delightful to be true. Put some time aside to spend at Cold Spring if you're here at Gramma Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Doris Campground is a perfect spot to camp.
