Grama Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wichita Mountains. The summits of the Rabbit Hills add much beauty to the region around Grama Lake, and Grama Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Letra Campground and Picnic Area is a splendid local campground. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Gramma Lake; Cold Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is       so wonderful. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Wichita Mountains. At Grama Lake you can distinguish Black Bear Mountain; the wonderful folks of Lawton like to hang out close by. Yeah, come here to Grama Lake for a splendid time. Lakes? Sure, Comanche Lake is in close proximity, and whitewater paddling is nice on Jimmy Creek. All through the warm months at Grama Lake highs are usually in the 90's while nighttime lows are typically in the                  70's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Grama Lake descend into the 20's. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Wichita Mountains. Not far from Grama Lake you acquire some good water scenery at Gramma Lake Dam, and Elk Pass is in the neighborhood, and is a pleasant site. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Grama Lake; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most while January is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
