Geronimo Pond is located in the Wichita Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular place for people from Lawton; dry warm beds await you at Baymont Inn & Suites Lawton. At Geronimo Pond throughout the summertime months highs are in the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight       here at Geronimo Pond. Be careful coming to the Wichita Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. Camping at Granite Pointe RV Park is always a great experience; La Quinta Inn and Suites Lawton is a great site to get some rest. Lakes are pleasant; Rocket Pond is a lake that's right next door to Geronimo Pond; there's some flowing water close by, East Branch Wolf Creek is a stream you can have a look at while here. That right there is lots of amusing                  things already but it goes on, the Wichita Mountains has it all. Geronimo Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Erwin Acres Mobile Home Park is a splendid local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Jimmy Creek offers some glorious whitewater. What a site this is for outdoors folks. A round of golf at nearby Lawton Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time; not far from Geronimo Pond you'll locate Upper Strange Pond which is a pretty lake.
