There's some flowing water nearby, Deer Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here; Bat Cave Mountain is trouble-free to spot from French Lake. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Wichita Mountains. You'll meet a lot of people from Lawton here, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Jimmy Creek.

| | enough? Just getting warmed up. A good site in the neighborhood of French Lake is Boulder Field; you can stay the night at Doris Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Very tremendous water scenery is available at French Lake Dam close to French Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything French Lake has to offer, you can camp at Letra Campground and Picnic Area. This lake is so wonderful.

enjoyable stuff. A great close by hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites Lawton; Quality Inn Lawton is a brilliant site to get some rest. A normal amount of rain falls here at French Lake; most of the rain falls during May, and January on
the other hand is the driest. You could also have a look at Caddo Lake while you're here at French Lake; it's close by, and Big Bull Pasture is a tremendous location.
For the duration of the summertime months at French Lake highs
are mostly in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are typically in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for French Lake.
