The warmest time of the year at Comanche Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 90's; the overnight is quite colder of course, mostly in the 70's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's, and night lows at Comanche Reservoir during the winter regularly descend into the 20's. Comanche Reservoir gets a normal amount of rain; the wettest month of the year       is generally May, that's the one that rains the most, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. At Comanche Lake Dam near Comanche Reservoir there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and camping is available at Shadyoaks Lakeview Park.
