In Oklahoma there are many beautiful lakes, Cedar Lake is one of them. At Cedar Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 90's. Summer night lows dip down to the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Cedar Lake. Cedar Lake is a beautiful lake in the Ouachita Mountains. | | is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Beaches are great; and Cedar Lake South Shore in the vicinity of Cedar Lake is no exception, and Cedar Lake is right by the Billy Creek Trail. Cedar Lake is not the only spot nearby, Cedar Lake is a nearby lake, and the summit of Post Mountain can be observed from Cedar Lake.
