Lisa Key: Cedar Lake is great for canoeing, fishing, and swimming. Up to 7 1/2 horse power is allowed on Cedar Lake. There are over 70 miles of trails for hiking and horseback riding. The camps are equipped for day use, equestrian, RV's, and tents. A cabin is available for nightly rental. The facilities are new and very well kept up. A small general store sits at the entrance to the park to keep you well stocked with supplies. Scenic Talimena Drive is minutes away. The Runestone State Park is located in nearby Heavener, OK. Cedar Lake offers activity and relaxation no matter your interests.

Oklahoma has many beautiful lakes and Cedar Lake is one of them. Cedar Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ouachita Mountains. If you want to hit the beach, Cedar Lake South Shore is in close proximity, and why not go to Cedar Lake Dam since you're here. All year is a glorious time in the Ouachita Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Don't leave Cedar Lake without first going for a hike along the Little Eagle Trail, and on a beautiful day you obtain a tremendous view of Snake Mountain from Cedar Lake. This lake is so wonderful. tremendous adventure, and Cedar Lake North Shore is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Cedar Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Days Inn. A journey to Lundy Divide is always
fun, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Traders Inn is a great choice. Any time is a great time at Cedar Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Get wet paddling on Big Creek. Horse Thief Spring Campground is a pleasant
campground here; let's not forget Crooked Branch which is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here. Throughout the days of summer here at Cedar Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's, and during summer nights
temperatures are in the 70's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 50's with temperatures at Cedar Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
