Oklahoma has many beautiful lakes and Cedar Lake is one of them. Just can't get enough of the Ouachita Mountains. Lundy Divide is near Cedar Lake and is positively a splendid location to take a look at, and Kiamichi River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. High temperatures at Cedar Lake during the months of summer are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's;

During your tour to Cedar Lake you'll meet some people from Fort Smith for sure, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Cedar Lake; Boardstand Trail is a pleasant local trail. Lake is Horse Thief Spring Campground, and great water scenery is available at Cedar Lake Dam close to Cedar Lake. So many entertaining things to do at Cedar Lake, so little time. One of the dominant characteristics of the surroundings
of Cedar Lake is Snake Mountain, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Big Creek. Cedar Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ouachita Mountains. This spot rocks, just look at all the cool stuff to do in the vicinity of Cedar
Lake. The Little Eagle Trail offers hiking at its best. And that's not all you can do here in the Ouachita Mountains. Cedar Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Big Cedar RV Park and Cabins is a glorious local campground,
and hey, Crooked Branch is a delightful local stream. A splendid beach near Cedar Lake is Cedar Lake North Shore, and Days Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Cedar Lake, and if
you need a place to stay Green Country Inn Heavener is a pleasant choice. Cedar Lake gets a large amount of water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is January.
