Arnet Gap is positively a magnificent spot to go to. Not far from Broken Bow Lake you get some pleasant water scenery at Broken Bow Dam, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Mountain Fork. Broken Bow Lake is located in the
Ouachita Mountains. You believe that's enough? Just getting warmed up. The peak of High Peak can be seen from Broken Bow Lake, and why not camp at Lake Pine Retreat Campground while you're here at Broken Bow Lake. Broken Bow Lake
is a wet site that gets a lot of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The summits of the Rockpile Mountain add much beauty to the vicinity
around Broken Bow Lake, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Outlaw Creek.
