Beautiful Beaver Lake has much to offer visitors. Beaver Lake is a wet site that gets much precipitation; during May this area sees the most rain; January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Beaver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Horse Thief Spring Campground is a fine location for that, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Boardstand Trail. This lake is so wonderful.

So many enjoyable things to do at Beaver Lake, so little time. Days Inn is a wonderful site to get some rest; whitewater paddling is
tremendous on Kiamichi River. Beaver Lake is located in the Ouachita Mountains. At Beaver Lake during the days of summer highs are in the 90's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, regularly in the 70's. Daytime highs throughout
the wintertime are in the 50's while Beaver Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Beaver Lake has to offer, you can camp at Big Cedar RV Park and Cabins, and get soaked paddling on Big Creek.
