Many people like to go to Winandi Reservoir. A magnificent close by hotel is Best Western Mt. Orab Inn, and a magnificent site to camp here at Winandi Reservoir is Beechwood Acres Camping. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Oldfield Trail. Lakes? Sure, Pschesang Lake is in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Winandi Reservoir is not far at all from Wilmington; why not camp at Green Meadows Campgrounds since you're here at Winandi Reservoir.

| | Not far from Winandi Reservoir you obtain some wonderful water scenery at Winandi Lake Dam, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Brushy Fork. At Winandi Reservoir through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 30's with temperatures at Winandi Reservoir dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking | |

Cove Trail is a great local trail; of course West Fork East Fork Little Miami River is a gorgeous stream that is worth stopping at. Man, is there loads of exciting things to do next to Winandi Reservoir. Baymont Inn & Suites Wilmington
is a great location to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Second Creek offers some good whitewater.
