Willard Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. At Willard Lake you always meet someone from Norwalk; Willard Lake Dam is not far at all from Willard Lake. After a long day outdoors Country Hearth Inn Willard is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and camping at Lazy J RV Resort is always a splendid experience. If you need a spot to stay Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Elyria is a good choice.

All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Willard Lake dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There are other spots here than Willard Lake, for example Bass Lake; a fine site to camp here at Willard Lake is Le Mar Park. Willard Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; during June this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
