Warrenton Farms Pond is a good location of common rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Horner Run is so much fun; if you're here you can take a hike along the Beechtree Trail. During
the warm days of summer at Warrenton Farms Pond temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Warrenton Farms Pond.
Warrenton Farms Pond is a great location to camp, Miami Trails Hoa is a great location, and on a fine day you can take a hike along the Lakeview Trail.
