Getting to Johnson Run from Walleye Lake is easy, and nearby you locate the Old Pine Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. An average amount of rainfall falls       at Walleye Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. You could also stop at Lake Rupert since you're here at Walleye Lake; it's nearby; going for a hike on the Acorn Trail is always a great adventure.
