Hiking is a popular thing to do around Wagner Pond; Riverview Trail is a brilliant local trail; do check out Wagner Pond, it's a pretty lake. If you love the outdoors, you'll love Wagner Pond. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Wagner Pond has to offer, you can camp at Carthage Gap Campground, and Wagner Pond Dam is a site that is in close proximity to Wagner Pond. High temperatures       at Wagner Pond during the summer are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a little cooler of course, typically in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Wagner Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Wingate by Wyndham Vienna WV is a perfect location to get some rest, and if you're visiting from Parkersburg-Marietta, you won't be the only one. From a rain point of view Wagner Pond is a reasonably typical                  location; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; the driest month is January.
