Burr Oak Cove Campground is a good campground here, and there are fine places to explore along the Wild Cat Hollow Hiking Trail. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Tecumsey Lake. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Tecumsey Lake. Some of the water close by flows,       like Shawnee Creek, and dry warm beds await you at The Inn at Hocking College. An average amount of rain falls at Tecumsey Lake; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Going for a hike on the Buckeye Trail is always a great adventure, and Vip Motel is a fine location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Tecumsey Lake is magnificent fun, Burr Oak Campground is a magnificent local campground;                  lakes are such serene sites, why not pop by Wayne National Forest Pond. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Tecumsey Lake.
